Sete Star Sept are a Tokyo noisecore/noisegrind duo formed in 2004 by drummer Kiyasu (ex-The Endless Blockade), now comprising Kae (bass, vocals) and Kiyasu (drums). Gerogerigegege-influenced and staggeringly prolific with well over 180 releases, they trade in short bursts of blasting chaos and pure noise. Relentless tourers, they have crisscrossed the global grind/noise underground via countless split records.

Nlorgpipe is the extremely prolific raw-black-metal solo/duo vehicle of Jesse (aka Zolgorm, aka Nlorgpipe), who is also the drummer/vocalist/bassist of Flint, Michigan act Baazlvaat. Since 2021 (as a rename of the earlier Zolgorm project) it has put out dozens of lo-fi, noise-caked releases blending black and death metal with industrial grit; a listener comparison to Finntroll's melodies surfaces on some tracks but was not confirmed as actual folk instrumentation.

Beta Satan is a Copenhagen band that grew out of the remnants of Tiger Tunes, pairing 'festive hard rock' and post-punk with danceable electro and high-pitched, new-rave synth tones. Their 2008 debut Girls (Crunchy Frog) was a fast, arrogant, complex record whose lineup overlaps heavily with The Malpractice. The five-piece unites drummer Klaus Q. Hedegaard Nielsen and singer Kåre Rolf Hansen from Tiger Tunes with guitarist/I Am Bones frontman Johannes Gammelby, baritone guitarist Kenneth Nørby Andersen and keyboardist Morten Riis.

Space Streakings were a Japanese noise-rock quartet active 1993-1996, formed by four Tokyo-underground video-game programmers who performed under aliases (Captain Insect, Kame Bazooka, Karate Condor, Screaming Stomach). Their sound was a hysterical barrage of shouted Japanese vocals, skronking saxophone and trumpet, whistles, samples and galloping electronic percussion, associated with Chicago's Skin Graft Records 'Now Wave' cohort. Steve Albini flew to Japan to record their second album 7-Toku (1994). They disbanded in 1996 after Screaming Stomach left.

KLoAK are a Danish speed metal/noise/experimental band from Billund, formed 1998, fronted by Anders Jørgen Mogensen — one of Escho's co-founders, alongside Düreforsög drummer Andreas Hauer-Jensen. The band became friends with and supported Düreforsög on tour, and Düreforsög's Nis Bysted and Boris Schiøler both guest on KLoAK recordings.

Nailbomb was an industrial-thrash side project formed in 1993 by Max Cavalera, then frontman of Sepultura, and English musician Alex Newport of Fudge Tunnel, welding grinding industrial metal and thrash to crust punk and sludge. Their lone studio album, Point Blank (Roadrunner, 1994), was cut largely by the duo with session help from Sepultura bandmates Igor Cavalera (drums) and Andreas Kisser (guitar) plus Fear Factory's Dino Cazares. The band played only a warm-up show and a set at the 1995 Dynamo Open Air Festival, documented on the live album Proud to Commit Commercial Suicide, before disbanding; its harsh, sample-laced attack became a cult touchstone of 90s extreme metal.

Zone Eater is the sample-based 'slug metal / dethwave' solo project of Alex Koenig — better known for his vaporwave-adjacent Nmesh project — active since 2015 and based in Louisville, Kentucky. Its debut EP Triangle Island (2015) chops death metal and grindcore samples into chaotic collages, described by Darkfloor Sound as 'a raucous, intense ride of sonics and slurred samples.' Koenig has since released a two-hour collaborative double album with San Francisco's Sea of Dogs on the CHAMBER 38 cassette label.

Brobdingnagian is a long-running, identity-undisclosed US Midwest project splitting the difference between black metal and harsh noise, its bio-less Bandcamp catalogue running from 2008's 'TortureStainedDisaster' through 2023's 'unwell_tiresome.' Early releases lean on power-electronics and digital-hardcore/grindcore blasts; later work drifts toward collage-like industrial pounding. A scarce 2013 cassette paired the project with noise act Toil in a limited-edition split.

SADWRIST is a French solo artist and self-described pioneer of the 'trashwave' aesthetic, fusing harsh noise, witch-house, djent, black metal, and trap into dense, glitch-riddled tracks. Song and album titles are rendered almost entirely in stylized Unicode symbols, extending the project's noisy, deliberately unstable identity into its visual presentation as much as its sound.

Ägakäken is a one-person Estonian black metal/experimental project helmed by SÜBÜR (guitar, vocals, synths, percussion). Its 2022 EP "BlÄkk VVärkk" mixes black metal with harsh noise, noise rock, and post-rock textures across short, abrasive tracks, some under 30 seconds. Other 2021–2022 releases include "DEMO 2021," "AxLxBxUxM," and "Seksiori Indrek."
